Persona Prompt allows you to provide a brief introduction about your AI Agent, giving them a personality and context to better assist users.
WHAT IS A PERSONA PROMPT?
The Persona Prompt is a short introduction about the agent. It is not the full prompt, nor does it include the agent's role, company information, or knowledge base. When writing your Persona Prompt state 'what' Chatbot's role is, but not 'how' to do the role. Each part of the prompt is divided into small sections, allowing you to keep it concise and effective. We'll move on to the full prompt with 'how to' and full instructions in the next steps.
